Shubham Brass Industries

Shubham Brass Industries is located over at Plot No. 4072 on Road No. I in Phase-3 of the GIDC. It is a busy part of town, and there is always something moving on the street outside. We spend our days inside this unit, surrounded by the tools and materials we need for our work. It is a very hands-on type of business. You won't find anyone in a suit here; we are mostly in work pants and shirts that have seen better days. The air smells like metal and oil, which is pretty standard for any shop in the GIDC. We try to keep things organized, but when a big shipment is going out, the whole floor gets cluttered with crates and packing material. We've got a small area where we keep the records and take calls, but most of the action is out on the floor. The neighbors are mostly doing the same kind of stuff, so there is a lot of shared noise and the occasional chat near the tea stall at the corner. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is always on the machines and the metal. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us. We just show up, do the work, and try to stay on schedule. It’s a long day, but it’s honest work for everyone involved. We take our tasks seriously and just want to finish the day's production without any major issues.
