Shree Hari Industries

This branch of Shree Hari is tucked away at Plot 452 in Phase-3 of the GIDC. This part of the estate is always packed with trucks loading and unloading. We have a neighbor who runs a printing business right next door, so we hear their equipment running all day long. Our own building is a bit older, and the paint on the front door has seen better days. Inside, the floor is concrete and there’s a lot of metal racking for storage. We don’t have a fancy reception area. There is just a small wooden desk where we keep the ledger. The machinery we use is reliable, even if it’s not the newest stuff on the market. We have a crew of about ten people here. We all take turns making the tea in the afternoon. It gets quite hot under the tin roof when the sun is out, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze there is. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people who need us already know where we are. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure nothing breaks down in the middle of a shift. It’s a plain, simple operation. We don’t have meetings about missions or goals; we just look at the order sheet and get to work. It’s a long day, but it’s honest.
