Rina Brass Industries

We've been at Plot No. 3358 in Gidc Phase-3 for quite a while now. Most days it’s just us working through the metal orders that come in. It gets pretty loud in the shop when the machines are running, but that's how it goes here. We handle a lot of brass work. People around the estate know where we are. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace with a lot of heavy equipment and tools scattered around. Sometimes the floor is a bit dusty from the shavings. We start early in the morning and stay until the job is finished for the day. My dad started things off and now a few of us keep it moving. It isn't always easy keeping everything organized when there are ten different things happening at once. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend half the day fixing it ourselves. We aren't big on meetings or fancy talk. Most of what we do is just hands-on stuff. If someone needs a part or some brass fittings, they usually just walk in or give us a call. We've stayed in this same spot because it works for us. The neighbors are mostly doing the same kind of work, so it feels like a good fit. We just try to get the pieces out the door without making a big fuss about it. That's pretty much who we are here.
