Rajhans Alloys P. Ltd.

Rajhans Alloys P. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 3985 in Phase-3 of the GIDC in Dared. It’s a gritty part of the industrial sector, and the work we do with alloys is just as tough. The plot is usually filled with the sound of metal clanging and the heat from the processes we use. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit. We’re usually in heavy-duty gear, dealing with the heat and the soot that comes with the job. The building itself is an older one, with some rust on the corrugated roof and walls that have seen a lot of use. We don’t spend much time worrying about the aesthetics of the place; as long as the equipment is working, we’re happy. The office is just a tiny room off to the side with a single window that looks out onto the yard. We spend our days managing the flow of material and making sure nothing gets backed up in the production line. Phase-3 can be a bit chaotic during the peak hours when everyone is trying to move their trucks through the narrow roads. We’ve had to learn how to be patient with the local infrastructure. It’s a hard-working environment and we don’t try to pretend it’s anything else. We just show up, do our shifts, and keep the metal moving until the trucks are loaded and ready.
