If you go down to Jamnagardared in the GIDC area, you will find us at Plot No. Shree Viskarma, 7. We are right there in Railway Park, which is part of the Kansorama Gaam section. Jamnagar is known for brass, and that is exactly what we are doing every single day. The sound of the machines is something you never really stop hearing around here. It is a noisy, busy place but it feels like home to us. The heat from the furnaces and the smell of the metal is just part of the routine. We spend most of our time on the shop floor, making sure the pieces are coming out right. It is hard work and your hands usually end up pretty dirty by the end of the shift. The plot itself is a decent size, enough to keep the raw materials and the finished parts separated. Regular guys have been with us for a long time, and they know the machines better than anyone else. Outside, the GIDC roads are always full of tempo trucks and people moving crates. It can be a bit chaotic during the peak hours when everyone is trying to ship their goods out. A quick tea break in the afternoon helps us get away from the noise for a few minutes. It is a simple life centered around the work we do here in the heart of the brass industry.
