Parmeshwari Brass Industries

We are based at Plot 3469 on Road No. F in Phase-3 of the Gidc. It’s right next to a few other brass places. Since we are in Jamnagar, brass is what everyone knows. The workshop is always humming with some kind of activity. It’s not a very big space, but we make it work. Most of the day is spent handling parts and checking the machines. The floor is covered in small shavings sometimes, but we try to sweep up at the end of the day. Road F is usually busy with small tempos and trucks moving goods out to the main highway. You can hear the honking from the street all day long. It’s a bit of a gritty place, honestly. We have some old wooden tables for our tools and a small desk in the back where the phone sits. The phone rings a lot, usually people asking if their order is ready or when we can get something done. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us doing the actual labor. The water cooler in the corner is probably the most popular spot in the building when it gets into the afternoon heat. We stay until the light fades and then lock up the big rolling shutter. It’s a solid routine that hasn't changed much in years. We just keep at it every day and try to stay on top of the schedule.
