Metalmech Engineering

We've been at Plot No 4246 in the GIDC Phase-III area for a good while now. Dared is a busy spot in Jamnagar, and our workshop fits right in with the rest of the industrial units on Road-E. It’s mostly metalwork and machining here. The noise of the machines is something you get used to pretty quick. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big order comes in and we’re all hands on deck to get things done. We aren't a huge outfit, just some guys who know how to handle tools and metal. You won’t find fancy offices or receptionists here. It’s just the shop floor and some space for storage. We try to keep things organized, but in a machine shop, there's always a bit of grease and metal shavings around. People around here know where to find us if they need something fabricated or repaired. It's hot in the summer, but the work keeps going. We’ve seen the area change over the years, more buildings going up and more traffic on the roads. Still, we just stick to what we know, which is engineering and making sure the parts we turn out are what the customer asked for. It’s honest work, and it pays the bills. Sometimes the machines act up, and we have to spend half a day fixing them before we can even start on the actual jobs. That’s just how it goes in this line of work.
