We have been here at Shed No. 423 in Phase-2 for quite a while now. If you drive through the Dared GIDC area, you know how it gets with all the trucks and the noise of machines running from morning until late. It's just a regular industrial setup where we keep our heads down and get the work done. The space isn't fancy, just a solid floor and the equipment we need to finish the orders that come in. Most days start early with a bit of tea before the machines get cranked up. It can get pretty hot in the summer inside these sheds, but that is just part of being in this line of work. We aren't trying to do anything groundbreaking, just making sure the pieces we make are what they are supposed to be. Some of the guys have been with us for years and they know the machines better than anyone. We deal with regular clients who usually just call up or stop by to check on their stuff. It’s a lot of metal, grease, and simple coordination between the workers on the floor. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing a motor, but that's how it goes. We just stay focused on the tasks sitting on the workbench. It is a straightforward operation here in Jamnagar, nothing more and nothing less than a working factory.
