Keshav Enterprise

We are over at Plot No. 4068 in Dared, GIDC. If you’ve ever been to this part of Jamnagar, you know it’s a maze of workshops and small factories. Our place is one of the many tucked away in the back streets. We’ve got a small team here, just a few local people who know how to handle the equipment. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, just some bricks and a metal roof. Inside, though, it’s a different story. We’re always busy with one project or another. There’s usually a radio playing somewhere in the background, mostly to drown out the sound of the tools. We don’t have any fancy management styles. The owner is usually right there with everyone else, maybe helping with the packing or fixing a leak in the roof. We take our breaks together and talk about simple things, like the weather or what’s for dinner. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We’re just a small enterprise trying to do a good day’s work for a fair day’s pay. Sometimes the raw material prices go up and we have to worry, but mostly we just focus on what’s in front of us. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We finish our work, lock the doors, and come back the next morning to start again.
