Kathiriya Industries

Our business, Kathiriya Industries, is situated at Plot No. 3034/2Dared within the Gidc. Dared is a tough place to work sometimes because of the dust and the heat, but we have made our home here. The building is a simple structure that holds all our equipment and the small office where we keep the bills. We are not interested in looking like a corporate headquarters. Most of the time, the owner is right there on the floor with the workers, getting his hands dirty. We do a lot of repetitive work, but it takes a lot of focus to make sure nothing goes wrong with the batches. There is a tea stall just down the road where we all go around four o'clock to take a break from the noise. It is a good community here in the Gidc, and we know most of the people in the neighboring plots. We do not spend money on advertising or fancy signs. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We keep a close eye on the calendar to make sure we do not fall behind on what we promised. It is a simple life of working shifts, maintaining the tools, and making sure the gate is locked tight at night. We just do what we do, and we try to do it right every single day without any extra drama or complicated office processes.
