Jay Yogeshwar Brass Industries

Our place is located at Plot No. 3656, right near the Shiv Complex on Road No. N in Phase 3. We work with brass here, which is a common trade in this area. The smell of metal and the sound of lathes is what we hear all day long. It is a bit of a trek to find us if you do not know the phase layout well, but once you see the Shiv Complex, we are just a short distance away. The workshop is usually covered in a bit of metal dust, even if we sweep it every evening. That is just part of the brass business. We have a small team of workers who have been doing this for a long time. They do not need much direction anymore. We just give them the specs and they get to it. We do not have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure the pieces we turn out are what the person asked for. The office is just a small corner with a desk and some old files. Most of our time is spent on the floor anyway. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial area, and we just sit outside and wait for it to come back on. It is a simple life. We make things, we sell them, and we go home. It has been working for us for years now and we do not see any reason to change it.
