This is where we handle things for the folks at Plot No. 90 in Dared, Phase-ii of Gidc. The Gidc Plot And Shed Holders Association is basically just a place for all of us with sheds and land here to talk. We deal with the usual stuff like road repairs or when the water stops running for no reason. It’s not a big corporate office. It’s more of a room with a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. People come in and out all day complaining about the trash pickup or asking about new rules. We try to keep track of everyone’s details so nobody gets left out when something important happens in the area. Most of the time, it’s just about making sure the estate stays decent enough to work in. It can get pretty loud outside with the factories running, so we keep the windows shut. There's always a stack of paperwork on the table. We don't have fancy meetings, just quick chats over the desk. It’s mostly neighbors helping neighbors deal with the government or utility companies. Dared is a busy place, and there’s always something that needs fixing or looking at. We're just here to help manage that load so everyone can get back to their own business. It isn't always easy, but we do what we can to keep the association running for the members here.
