You can find Fitwell Polytechnic Pvt. Ltd. over at Plot No. 4687 on Road No. X in Gidc-3. It is a big area and easy to get lost in if you don't know the landmarks. We have been working out of this spot for a long time now. Our main focus is on plastic components and various polytechnic jobs. The shop floor is always busy with the sound of the injection machines and the cooling fans. It’s not the quietest place to spend a day, but we like the pace of it. We are a small team and most of us have been here since the beginning. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just focus on the molds and the quality of the plastic we are using. If a batch doesn't come out right, we have to figure out why and fix it, which can take hours of tweaking the settings. We drink our tea together in the small break area and talk about the day's tasks. The walls are a bit stained from the heat of the machines, and the floor has its fair share of scuffs, but it's a working shop. Most of our customers are other local businesses who need specific parts for their machines. They know where we are and they know we just get on with the job without any fuss. It's steady, practical work that keeps us busy from morning until evening.
