Divya Industries

This version of Divya Industries is located at Plot No. 3892 on Road No. Y in Phase-2 of the Gidc. It’s a bit different from our other locations. The road here is a bit wider, which helps with the bigger trucks. We have a solid metal gate that creaks a bit and a small yard where we keep some of the scrap and raw materials. Inside, the layout is pretty simple. We have the heavy machinery on one side and the assembly area on the other. It’s not a sterile environment at all. You will find tools sitting on benches and blueprints pinned to the walls with magnets. The walls have been painted a few times over the years, but the industrial grime always finds a way back eventually. We don't bother with much decoration. The focus is always on the work at hand. We have a few guys who have been working this specific plot for years now. They know the sounds of the machines better than anyone. If a motor sounds slightly off, they know it before it even breaks down. We take our lunch under the shade of the small tree near the entrance. It’s a quiet moment in a noisy day. We don't have any big corporate goals to talk about. We just want to make sure the quality is good enough that the customers are satisfied. That is the main thing that matters.
