Deepak Brass Industries

We’ve been here at Plot E-17/18 in GIDC Phase 2 for a while now. Most people around Jamnagar know this area is basically all about brass work. Our day starts early. The machines get going and it’s noisy, but that’s just how it is in Dared. We handle a lot of different brass parts. Some are small, some are a bit bigger. It depends on what the order is for that week. We don’t really do fancy office stuff here. Most of us are out on the floor making sure the dimensions are right. If you walk into our place, you’ll see piles of scrap and finished pieces waiting to be packed. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep moving. We’ve got a small team. Everyone knows their job. We just try to get the work done and sent out on time. Sometimes the trucks are late or the material costs go up, which is a headache, but we manage. We aren’t a huge corporation with slick brochures. Just a local shop making brass items. Usually, it's nuts, bolts, or custom fittings. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints or checking the lathes. It’s honest work. If something isn't right, we fix it before it leaves the gate. That's pretty much life here at Deepak Brass Industries. We just focus on the metal and the machines every day.
