Bharat Precision Industries

Our shop, Bharat Precision Industries, is over at Plot No. 249 in Dared, Gidc Phase-2. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren’t used to the industrial traffic, but we’ve been at this spot for years. Inside the building, it’s mostly the constant sound of the lathes and the smell of cutting oil. We do precision work, which mostly means we spend a lot of time staring at small metal parts and checking them against drawings. It’s quiet work in a way, even with all the background noise from the street. Some days are just long stretches of making sure the measurements stay exactly where they need to be. We don't have a fancy front office or anything like that. Just a simple desk where we keep the orders and a couple of old chairs that have seen better days. The floor is always covered in those little curly metal shavings that get stuck in your boots if you aren't careful. Dared is a busy area, so there’s always someone stopping by to ask if we can turn a part or fix a tool that broke at their own site. We take on what we can handle. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just sit outside for a bit until the grid comes back on. It’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't some massive factory, just a steady shop where we know our machines and try to do right by the metal.
