Down here at Plot No. B-7 in the M. P. Shah Industrial Estate, things stay pretty constant. Jamnagar is known for this kind of work, and being on Saru Section Road means we’re right in the middle of all the noise. Arun Udyog isn't a huge operation, just a steady one where we keep track of things through emails and our website, though most of the real work happens on the floor. If you walk into the GIDC area near Dared, you’ll find us easily enough. We’ve got our setup here with the machines and a small office space where Vivek handles the computer stuff. Sometimes the power goes out or the weather gets too hot, but the work keeps moving along. We deal with various parts and components, mostly brass-related since that’s what this area does best. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the files are stacked a bit high on the desks, but we know where everything is. People stop by to chat or check on orders, and it’s a fairly relaxed vibe despite the deadlines. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It’s just a group of us working through the daily list, making sure the shipments go out to whoever needs them. It's honest work and we've been doing it at this same spot for years now.
