Sarvottam Enterprise

You’ll find Sarvottam Enterprise over at Plot No. 188 in Phase-2. We are situated near the Kaveri Milk Dairy in the Udyognagar section of Gidc. You can usually tell you’re close when you see the milk trucks lined up down the street. Our workshop is a bit further down from them. We handle a variety of general engineering tasks and small-scale manufacturing. The building is a simple concrete structure with a high ceiling to keep it cool. We have a few lathes and some welding equipment that stay busy most of the time. The crew is made up of about six people. We all know each other’s families and often share snacks during the afternoon break. It’s a friendly enough place to work. Sometimes the supply of raw materials is a bit slow, so we have to adjust our plans on the fly. We don't follow a very strict corporate schedule. If the work is there, we stay until it’s finished. If things are quiet, we clean the machines or organize the storage racks. Most of our customers are from the same industrial estate. We like being part of this community. It’s straightforward work and we try to do it as well as we know how. No big secrets here. We just put in the hours and keep things moving as best as we can. It's not a lot, but it is steady and keeps us busy.
