You can find us at Patel Estate 4, over at Plot No 13. It’s a typical industrial area with a lot of movement and the sound of machinery in the background. We spend our days in the factory area. It’s mostly about manufacturing and keeping the equipment running right. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it, which is frustrating but that's just how it goes with old gear. The floor is always a bit greasy, no matter how much we sweep it at the end of the shift. We don’t have a fancy entrance or a receptionist to greet you. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone in overalls covered in dust first. We make parts for other companies mostly. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously and try to avoid mistakes. We have our lunch breaks under the big tree outside when it’s not too hot. The other businesses in Patel Estate are mostly friendly and we help each other out. We trade tools sometimes if someone is short or needs a specific wrench. The work is steady and we’ve got a good rhythm going now after all these years. We keep the inventory in the back corner near the loading dock. It’s not a large space, so we have to be smart about how we stack the bins. The lighting could be better, but we’ve gotten used to it over time.
