Kailash Timbers

If you are looking for Kailash Timbers, we are located on Aerodram Road. We are pretty close to Khodiyar Colony, so most people around here know the spot. The smell of wood is the first thing you notice when you walk onto the lot. We have stacks of timber everywhere, some high and some low. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, moving between the piles to find exactly what is needed. We spend our days out in the open or under the sheds. The weather affects us a lot; when it rains, we have to move fast to cover things up, and when it’s hot, the wood dries out quickly. Aerodram Road can get quite a bit of traffic, especially with the bigger trucks coming through. We’ve been near Khodiyar Colony for a long time. It’s a simple setup with a small office where we keep the ledger and a few chairs for guests. Most of our tools are old but they still cut straight, so we keep using them. We don't have a website or any of those modern things. People just see the wood from the road and stop by to talk or see what we have in stock. It is a honest way to spend the day, working with our hands and seeing the piles of timber go out to different parts of town. The dust gets on everything, but we don't mind much. It’s just part of the trade at Kailash Timbers.
