Our base of operations is in Jamjodhpur, located right near the Mamlatdar Office. We are actually set up at Govindbhai Oghadbhai Dangar’s place, which is a well-known spot in this part of Jamnagar. Being near a government building means there’s always a lot of people moving around the area, especially in the mornings. Jamjodhpur isn't a huge city, so everyone kind of knows everyone else’s business. This office is a straightforward room with a few desks and a bench for people to sit on while they wait. Not much technology is used, mostly just what’s necessary to keep the records straight and stay in touch with the crews. The air here feels different than in the bigger cities of Gujarat; it’s a bit slower and more relaxed. Each day starts with a quick meeting about which site needs what materials. Most of the staff grew up around here, so there is a deep connection to the land and the people. We aren't interested in being the biggest or the flashiest construction company. We just want to do a good job and keep a solid reputation in the community. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very traditional way of working, but it has served the business well over the years without needing to change much or add anything fancy.
