Zydus Neurosciences

You can find Zydus Neurosciences over at E-5 in Sainik Colony, Jammu. It’s a residential part of the city, so it’s much quieter than the main commercial hubs. The address is in the 180011 area. Our office is basically a house that we’ve set up for our work. It doesn't look like a typical company headquarters. We have a few rooms dedicated to different tasks, but it still feels like a home in many ways. The weather in Jammu changes quite a bit, and we definitely feel that in this building. In the winter, it gets quite cold, and we have to use small heaters to stay comfortable while we work. We don't have a team of people dedicated to making the place look trendy. It’s just functional furniture and our equipment. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is easy, which is a big plus. There’s a small garden outside where we sometimes take a break. We don't have big meetings or corporate presentations here. It’s just a small group of people doing our daily work in a quiet neighborhood. We like the pace of things in Sainik Colony. It’s honest work without any of the stress of a high-rise office building. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out. We aren't trying to be a huge international corporation.
