Vsrg Pharmaceuticals is located on Suzadpur Road in the Miran Sahib area of RS Pura, Jammu. It’s a bit of a drive from the main Jammu city, but we are right on the road, which makes it easier for the big trucks to pull in and out. The building is a basic warehouse style. We spend our days unloading crates and making sure everything is stored in the right place. The weather here in Miran Sahib can be quite harsh, especially the sun in June. We don't have any fancy air conditioning in the storage area, just large fans to keep the air moving. Our office is just a small partitioned section where we keep the computer and the ledgers. We don't do much in the way of fancy presentations. If a chemist needs a price list, we just print one out or tell them over the phone. Most of our staff are local people from the surrounding villages. We have a routine of checking the fridge temperatures and then moving on to the shipping labels. It’s a lot of physical work and staying on your feet. Sometimes we have a backlog of orders, and the place looks a bit messy with boxes everywhere. But we eventually get through it. We aren't trying to be anything big; we just handle the pharma supplies for this part of Jammu.
