Vidhata Traders

I’m writing this from Roop Nagar, where Vidhata Traders has been for a while now. It’s a quiet spot in Mukhi Gaon, and most days here start pretty early. Usually, the sun isn't even fully up when we open the doors. We deal with various items, mostly things people in the village and the surrounding district need on a regular basis. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just some shelves and a lot of boxes stacked up against the walls. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when a big shipment arrives, and we have to move everything around to make space. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but it’s what we do. People come in from all over the area, some just to chat for a minute while they pick up what they need. We don’t have a big office or anything like that. Just a simple desk where we keep the ledger and a few chairs for when someone wants to sit down. My hands are usually a bit dusty from handling the stock, and the floor needs sweeping pretty much every hour. It’s just us here, making sure things get where they need to go. We don't spend much time on the computer, mostly just looking at the papers and checking the counts. It’s a plain way of working, but it fills the day and keeps the business moving along in its own way without much fuss or bother.
