Via Ticketing

We set up shop in the Ravi Complex, which is right along the Kunjwani Bye Pass in Jammu. It’s quite easy to find us because we’re near the Vishal Mega Mart, so there’s always a lot of people moving around this area. Via Ticketing is where we spend most of our time dealing with travel stuff and getting things sorted for folks. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The office is small but it serves the purpose. We see people from all walks of life coming in here. Some are in a hurry and others just want to chat for a bit while we look up their info. The Bye Pass is always loud with trucks and cars, but you get used to it after a while. We don’t have any fancy uniforms or big slogans. It’s just us working behind the counter. We handle the bookings and try to make sure we don't make any mistakes with the dates. Sometimes the computer is slow, and we just have to wait it out. That's life in a local office. We’ve been here in Jammu for a bit, and we know the neighborhood well. If you’re doing your shopping at the mart, you might have walked past us without noticing. We’re just a regular group of people doing a regular job, trying to stay busy and help people get their tickets without too much trouble.
