We are based at 51 B/C in Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. It’s a well-known part of the city, and we’ve been operating our flour mill here for a while now. Trikutta Flour Mills Private Limited isn’t a fancy place. It’s a functional building where the focus is entirely on production. Gandhi Nagar is a bit more paved and organized than some other parts of town, but we still have that local feel. We get our grain from the surrounding areas and process it right here. The machines are loud and the work can be repetitive, but there is a rhythm to it that we all like. We have a small team, and most of us have lived in Jammu our whole lives. We don't spend time writing mission statements or making glossy brochures. Our work speaks for itself when people bake with our flour. Sometimes the supply of grain is a bit thin depending on the harvest, so we have to manage our stocks carefully. We deal with local traders and the occasional walk-in customer who wants a bag for their home. It is a straightforward business without any hidden agendas. We just want to keep the mill running and provide a decent product to the neighborhood. It’s a job that keeps us connected to the land and the people of Jammu. We usually start the grinders early and wrap up when the sun goes down, depending on how much work we have that day.
