Working up here in Jammu means we see a lot of changes in the weather, especially when the winter sets in and things get really cold. Our office is right in the 180001 zip code area. It’s a busy place because there is always something going on in the city. We have a small group here and we spend most of our time dealing with the usual daily tasks that come with being part of a company like this. It is mostly about keeping track of details and making sure that nothing gets lost in the shuffle. We have a lot of people coming through the doors, some just asking questions and others needing help with their documents. It can get a bit hectic when the lines get long, but we just take it one person at a time. The office itself is pretty plain, just a place to get the job done without any extra fluff. We usually start early to beat the rush and stay until the work is finished for the day. Sometimes we talk about the mountains or the traffic on the way in, but mostly we just focus on the files on our desks. It is a steady way of living and working in Jammu and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the place over the years. We just do what needs to be done.
