We are located at 100/3 Sanjay Nagar in Jammu. It’s a busy little spot, mostly because there are always dogs barking or cats meowing in the back. Working with animals means things are never really quiet around here. Exam rooms and a small grooming area take up most of the space. The floor usually has a bit of pet hair on it no matter how much we sweep. It’s just part of the job. People from all over Sanjay Nagar bring their pets to us when they aren't feeling well or just need their shots. Having lived in Jammu most of my life, I know a lot of the families who come in. Sometimes we have to deal with grumpy pets, but mostly they are just scared. Handling them gently is the goal. It’s a practical space, not a luxury spa for pets. The basic tools and medicines we need are always on hand. The front desk is often piled with folders and bags of pet food. A fancy website or a big marketing team isn't something we have. It’s just us here, taking care of the animals that come through the door. Sometimes the smell of wet dog lingers, but you get used to it after a while. It’s hard work, and the days are long, but seeing a sick pup get better makes it okay. We just keep at it every day, animal by animal.
