Surya Industries

Surya Industries is located right on the Nh-1A Byepass Road, near the Housing Colony in Sidhra. You can’t miss us because we’re right near the New Shiv Mandir. It’s a busy spot with a lot of heavy traffic coming off the highway. We’ve been in this location for a few years, dealing with all the noise and the smoke from the passing trucks. The building is a big shed mostly, with a small office tucked into the corner where we keep the paperwork. It gets freezing cold in the winter and boiling hot in the summer because the roof is just corrugated metal. We do various types of industrial work and fabrication. It’s a loud place with the sound of welding and cutting going on most of the day. Our clothes are usually covered in grease or iron filings by the time we go home. We don’t have a marketing department or a fancy brochure to show people. Usually, someone just comes by because they saw our sign from the road or a neighbor told them we could fix something. It’s hard work and the hours are long, but we’ve got a good group of guys working here. We just focus on getting the jobs done so we can move on to the next one. It’s not glamorous, but it’s a living and we’re glad to be part of the Sidhra community.
