If you ever find yourself at the main bus stand, you’ve probably walked right past us without even knowing it. We are in Trikuta Complex, specifically at Shop Number 44. It is one of those busy commercial buildings where there is always something going on. Being so close to the bus stand means it’s never quiet here. You hear the horns and the conductors shouting all day long. Shree Satya Sai Enterprises has been in this little shop for a good while. It’s not a massive warehouse, just a regular shop where we keep our stock and talk to people who walk in. Most of the time, the floor is covered with boxes that just arrived, and we are usually busy sorting through them. We deal with various items, mostly things people need for their homes or small businesses. It gets pretty hot in the summer since the complex is older, so we usually have a small fan running in the corner. We don't really do much advertising or anything. People just find us because they are waiting for their bus or they live nearby and know we are here. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to escape the sun for a minute. We keep things pretty simple. There is no complicated system, just us writing things down in our register and making sure people get what they came for.
