Out in the Sector 3 Industrial Area of Gangyal, you’ll find S L Exports. We’re situated in Vikas Vihar, which is a spot that sees a lot of truck traffic and industrial activity every single day. Exporting is a lot of waiting for shipments and then suddenly having everything happen at once. Our warehouse space is usually filled with boxes and crates ready to go out to wherever they’re needed. It’s a bit of a dusty environment being in an industrial zone, but that’s the nature of the beast. We don’t have a fancy showroom; it’s mostly just us, some heavy lifting equipment, and a whole lot of shipping labels. We spend a lot of our time checking over manifests and making sure everything is packed up tight so nothing breaks on the way. Gangyal can be a bit of a trek to get to if you aren’t used to the industrial side of things, but it’s the best place for us to operate. We’ve got enough space to move things around and we don’t have to worry too much about making noise. The guys who work here have been doing this for years, so we have a pretty good rhythm down. It’s just about getting the goods from point A to point B without any hiccups. We keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand until the containers are loaded.
