Ragini Properties Private Limited

Ragini Properties is tucked away behind the A. G. Office Colony. We are at 14/E in Shiv Nagar, right here in the city of Jammu. It is a decent spot, though finding the exact house number can be a bit of a headache for people the first time they visit us. We have been in this neighborhood for a bit now. The area is mostly residential, so it stays fairly calm during the work week. We do not have a flashy storefront or a big neon sign. Just a small office where we keep our files and meet folks who need help. Jammu gets really hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time trying to keep the place cool while we get through our work. People stop by to talk about plots or houses in the city. We are not doing anything revolutionary here. It is just basic property work. Sometimes we are out on the road looking at different sites, and other times we are just sitting here with the fan on. Shiv Nagar is a nice place to be based. You get to know the routine of the colony after a while. We just try to be useful when someone has a question about a piece of land. We do not make big promises. We just give the facts about what is available. It is a small operation, and we like it that way. Just us and the daily grind in Jammu.
