Procter & Gamble

This is Sunil Kumar Sharma’s place for Procter & Gamble at House Number 298 in Section 9 of Nanak Nagar. We are based here in Jammu. It is a residential area, so it is relatively calm compared to the main city center. We use part of the house for our operations. It is a practical setup. We have shelves for supplies and a desk where we handle all the paperwork. Working from a house makes it feel more relaxed. We don't have a reception desk or a lobby. If someone comes by, they just knock on the door. We handle the distribution and local needs for the products around here. It is just a few of us working together. We have been in this neighborhood for a good period. Most of our neighbors know what we do. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big meetings. We just look at what needs to be delivered and get it done. The house is sturdy and keeps us cool in the summer. We like being in Nanak Nagar. It is easy to get to other parts of Jammu from here. We keep things simple and honest. No big frills, just steady work day after day. We might have some tea in the afternoon and talk about the news. It is not a high-pressure environment, just a place where we make sure the orders are right and the neighbors are happy with us.
