Jammu has a specific feel to it, especially when the seasons change and the air gets a bit crisp. Our workspace is nothing out of the ordinary. It is a functional area where we have our computers and all our records stored. We don't have a big team, so it is usually just a few of us working quietly. The building at 291 is easy to spot once you are on the right street. We have a small window that looks out onto the road, so we can see the local life going by throughout the day. People walking to the market or kids coming home from school are common sights. Inside, we keep things organized in our own way, even if it looks a bit cluttered to anyone else. It is a comfortable spot to spend the day. We have our routine of tea breaks and lunch, usually just sitting around the main desk. It is not a place with a lot of hierarchy or formal rules.
