Physiotherapist

This place is basically a small setup in Jammu Tawi. We are at House No. 7 on Lane 0 in Saraswati Vihar, which is part of Anand Nagar in the Bohri area. It’s a quiet residential street, so it doesn't feel like a typical clinical office. People usually find us by looking for the lane number, though sometimes the GPS gets a bit confused in these narrow roads. Being a physiotherapist here means seeing a lot of neighbors and local folks coming in with various aches. We started this because there was a need in this part of town. The room we use is simple, with just the basic equipment needed for exercises and treatments. Jammu gets really cold in the winter, so we try to keep the space warm for whoever is visiting. During the summer, it's the opposite, and we're just trying to stay cool. It isn't a massive hospital or anything, just a local spot where we try to help people move a bit better. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting room. Usually, it's just one person at a time. The neighborhood is mostly families, so things are pretty calm throughout the day. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know the people around here well. It’s just a straightforward practice run from a house, nothing more and nothing less. We just take it day by day.
