Pahalwan

Pahalwan has a few different spots across Jammu. Our main head office and the works are over in Peer Mitha, but we also spend a lot of time at the locations in Gandhinagar and Bari Brahmana. It keeps us moving back and forth across the city quite a bit. Peer Mitha has that old Jammu feel to it, which is very different from the industrial vibe of Bari Brahmana. Managing three places means there is always someone on the phone or driving between the sites to check on things. We started out small and just stayed focused on what we were doing. Now, with the work split between these areas, the days feel pretty short. In Gandhinagar, things are a bit more relaxed compared to the rush at the head office. We have people who have been working with us for years, so it feels more like a family than a company. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. Most of the people who come to us have been doing so for a long time. They know where to find us in 180001. Dealing with the weather in Jammu can be a challenge, especially when it gets really cold or during the heavy rains, but the work does not stop. We just put on a sweater and keep going. It is a lot of manual coordination, making sure the supplies get from one site to the other without too much trouble.
