You can find us at Shop Number 8 on Bus Stand Road in Amritsar. We are located right opposite the railway station and very close to the Palace Hotel. It is a very convenient spot for anyone who has just arrived in the city and needs to figure out their next move. Being in this part of town means it is always noisy with the sounds of train whistles and bus horns, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We mostly help people with bus tickets and getting cars for local or outstation trips. The office is quite small and can get crowded quickly when a big group comes in from the station. We have a couple of old desks and a printer that sometimes makes a lot of noise. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and a map of the region. Most of our customers are people who are traveling for work or visiting family in Jammu and Kashmir. We try to be as helpful as we can by giving them the real timings for the buses and telling them which roads are currently in good shape. It is a straightforward business where we deal with people face to face every day. We stay open late because the buses never stop and people always need a way to get to their next destination.
