You can find us at House Number 202/A in Sainik Colony, Jammu. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of the city. We’ve been operating this Metlife branch out of this house for a bit now. It feels more like a home than an office sometimes, which is actually kind of nice. We handle all sorts of insurance queries. Most of the time, we’re just sitting at our desks, answering emails and filing claims. It’s a lot of data entry and making sure the names and numbers match up. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet acts up, but we manage. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just provide a place where people in Jammu can come and talk about their insurance without feeling like they’re in a big, scary corporate building. We know a lot of the people who live around Sainik Colony, and sometimes they just drop by to ask a quick question. Our team is small, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just explain the policies as they are, in plain words that make sense to regular people. It’s a quiet way to work, and it suits the neighborhood we’re in. We keep the files organized as best as we can and try to stay on top of it.
