Leisure Travel

We are based up here in Jammu, specifically on Residency Road in the Tawi area. Our office is right across from the old Dak Banglow, which is a pretty well-known spot for anyone living around here. Leisure Travel isn't a huge operation. We are just a small team working out of a modest office. The view outside is usually full of traffic and people walking along Residency Road. We spend our days answering the phone and trying to help people figure out their holiday plans or just simple trips. It can get a bit cold in the winters, so we usually have a small heater tucked under the desk. The office walls are covered with some old maps and a few pictures of the mountains. We’ve been in this location for a good many years now. It’s a practical setup—we have our computers, our ledgers, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing. Most of the people who come to see us are locals from Jammu or travelers who have heard about us through word of mouth. We don't have any flashy slogans or big promises. We just sit down with whoever walks in and see what they need. It’s a lot of coordination with different transport providers and hotels. We like the pace of things here, even when it gets a bit chaotic during the peak tourist season. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for us, keeping things moving as best we can.
