Being part of the Jammu Pharmaceutical Distributors Association means we spend a lot of time talking. Our spot is at 90 R N Pura, right in Ward No 15. It’s a tight area, and parking is always a headache, especially when the delivery trucks are trying to get through the narrow lanes. We aren’t a shop that sells to the public. Instead, we’re more like a hub where the distributors gather to figure things out. If there’s a shortage of a certain drug in Jammu Tawi, this is where you’ll hear about it first. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of old files stacked up. We’ve got a fan that squeaks, but it helps when the summer heat gets bad. People come in and out all day, mostly guys who have been in the pharma trade for decades. We talk about prices, new regulations, and who’s moving what. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. It’s more like a neighborhood meeting place for people who move medicines. We drink a lot of tea while arguing over logistics. Ward No 15 is home to us. It feels like everyone knows everyone here. We try to keep things organized so the local pharmacies don't run out of stock. It’s just a lot of coordinating and making sure the supply chain doesn't break down when things get hectic in the market.
