You can find Jaiprakash Enterprises Ltd. over at 40/41 in Lane 6, Talab Tillo. This is in Jammu, 180002. We have been here in Jammu and Kashmir for a while now. Lane 6 is usually pretty active, and our office is right in the middle of it. It’s a functional space where we handle all our paperwork and planning. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything like that out front. Most of our work involves managing different bits of the business that need attention in this part of the country. The office inside is simple—desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. We have a small team here, and we’ve all worked together for quite some time. We know each other’s families and how everyone likes their chai. When the weather gets cold in Jammu, we huddle up and keep things moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the loudest company; we just want to make sure the work we are assigned gets finished properly. Sometimes there are delays because of things out of our control, but we just deal with it and keep going. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use much jargon or complicated systems. We just talk to people and get the logistics sorted. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us here at Talab Tillo.
