Our office is right near Shiva Cold Drinks in Gangyal, at house number 273. It’s easy to find because everyone knows where the cold drink spot is when it gets hot outside. Iw99 Impex (Opc) Private Limited is mostly just a small operation. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff that people don't really see from the outside. The room we work in gets a lot of sunlight in the afternoon, which is nice in the winter but a bit much during the summer months. We handle the paperwork for different goods coming through. It is mostly just about keeping things organized and making sure we don't lose track of the files. Gangyal is a busy area, with lots of trucks and noise from the road. Sometimes the dust from the street gets inside if we leave the windows open too long. We spend a lot of time on the phone with people asking where their stuff is. It isn't a glamorous business at all. It is just about moving things from one place to another and making sure the counts are correct. My desk is usually covered in sticky notes because I forget things if I don't write them down immediately. We keep it pretty simple here. There are no big meetings or fancy presentations, just us making sure the work is finished before we head home. It is a steady pace, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood and the people who drop by for a quick chat.
