Iim Jammu Foundation For Entrepreneurship Innovation & Skill is located at the old university campus on Canal Road in Jammu. The building has been around for a long time, so it has a lot of character, even if it is a bit worn out in some places. We work out of a few rooms there that we have turned into our office space. It is not a very formal environment, despite the long name of the foundation. We are just a group of people who spend our days on computers or talking to folks who visit the campus. Canal Road is a very busy street, so there is always the sound of traffic in the background while we work. Our office is pretty basic, with some old desks and chairs that have seen better days. We don't have a marketing team or a bunch of polished brochures. We just do the work that needs to be done for the foundation. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the air conditioning struggles during the peak of the Jammu summer, but we just get on with it. We are not trying to look like a big corporate entity. We are just a small foundation working from an old campus. It’s a practical setup, and we like being part of the history of the university grounds. We just take things one day at a time and keep the foundation moving forward without any unnecessary flashiness.
