We are over at House Number 42 in Jammu, tucked into Lane Number 5. If you know the Manorama Vihar area in Patta Bohri, you probably know where we are. It’s right around Talab Tilloo. This isn't one of those big glass towers; it’s more of a local spot where we handle things for Icici Bank Ltd. Most days here are busy with people coming in from the neighborhood. It’s a quiet enough lane usually, but finding us is easy once you get into Manorama Vihar. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The building is simple and we just get on with the work. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the mornings. You see familiar faces from the nearby houses all the time. It feels more like a part of the community here than a big institution. Being in Talab Tilloo means we are close to everything local. We don't really do much fancy talk. We just open the doors and help whoever walks in. It’s a practical setup. Nothing too flashy, just desks and computers and us. The Jammu weather gets its way sometimes, but we are always here at House Number 42. It’s a straightforward branch. We know the regulars by name and they know where to find us in Lane 5. It works out well for everyone in this part of town. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside, but it gets the job done.
