Hitachi Home & Life Solutions (India) Ltd.

Our office is situated on the first floor at 177 A/D, right near the Green Belt Park in Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. It’s actually a nice spot because having the park nearby gives us a bit of a view when things get stressful. We’ve been operating Hitachi Home & Life Solutions from this location for some time now. Dealing with home appliances and air conditioning means we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at inventory lists. It isn't a high-rise building; it’s a more traditional Jammu setup. The stairs are a bit narrow, and sometimes the power cuts in the summer make things interesting, but we have our backups. Most of our days are spent coordinating with technicians or checking on orders for customers across the region. We don't have a big marketing department writing polished speeches for us. It’s just a handful of people in an office with files piled up and a few sample units on display. We keep things simple and try to help people out when their fridge stops working or they need a new AC before the heat gets too bad. The Gandhi Nagar area is usually pretty busy, so there’s always noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. We just come in, do our hours, and head home like everyone else in this part of town. It is a very normal way to spend a workday.
