Gupta Vegeie Stuffs

You can find us at Shop No. 46 in the New Sabzi Mandi over in Narwal. It’s a loud, busy place, especially early in the morning when the trucks start rolling in. Gupta Vegeie Stuffs is basically just us trying to get the vegetables to the people who need them. We’ve been in this stall for a while now. It’s not a supermarket with air conditioning and fancy lights. It’s a real market shop where there’s always crates moving around and people shouting prices. We get all sorts of vegetables coming through here. Some days it’s mostly potatoes and onions, other days we get more variety depending on what’s fresh and available. The floor is usually a bit damp from washing the greens, and you have to watch your step with all the waste on the ground. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just open up early and stay until the stock is gone or the day ends. It’s hard work, waking up before the sun, but it’s what we do. Our customers are mostly locals or other small sellers who know we’ve got decent stuff. We don’t try to be something we’re not. If you want vegetables and don’t mind the chaos of the Narwal mandi, we’re right there at number 46. It’s a simple life, mostly spent surrounded by sacks of produce and the smells of the market. We just keep moving.
