Grd Security Services Pvt Ltd operates out of House No-101 in Sec- 9, Nanak Nagar. It is a regular house that we converted into an office space so we have a central spot to manage our staff. Being in Nanak Nagar makes it easy for us to reach different parts of the city. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or meeting with the men we send out to various sites. Security isn't a glamorous job. It’s mostly about showing up on time and staying alert, and that’s what we talk about every morning during our briefings. The office is usually a bit crowded with people coming in to check their schedules or pick up uniforms. We have stacks of registers and logbooks everywhere because we still like to keep physical copies of everything. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We aren't a high-tech firm with drones and fancy sensors. We provide people, and managing people is always a bit complicated.
