You can find Esscon Communication Systems at Plot No-497-A in Gandhi Nagar. We are right across from the Luxmi Narayan Mandir, so it’s a pretty easy place to spot. We spend most of our time working on communication setups, which involves a lot of wires and testing signals. It can be a bit tedious when things don't connect right away, but we stick with it until it works. The shop is usually full of different tools and spare parts for various systems. Gandhi Nagar is a busy area, and there’s always something going on outside our door. We aren't a big corporate office with people in suits. We usually have our sleeves rolled up and we are often out on a job site rather than sitting behind a desk. We’ve been doing this for a while and we’ve seen all sorts of tech come and go. People around here know us for being straightforward. We don't try to sell people stuff they don't actually need. If a phone system or a network is acting up, we just go in and try to find the problem. It’s basic troubleshooting most of the time. We keep our own records and handle the customer calls as they come in. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us on our toes every day. Sometimes the wiring in these old buildings is a real mess, but we figure it out eventually.
