Drkhosa

You can find us over at 122 in Sector-3, Trikuta Nagar. It is a pretty quiet spot for the most part, which is a nice change compared to the busier parts of Srinagar and Jammu. Drkhosa is basically run by a few of us who grew up around this area. We have set up the shop in a way that feels comfortable, not like those cold and sterile offices you see in the big cities. There is usually a bit of a wait if you come in at the wrong time of day, but we try to keep things moving as fast as we can. The building is older, but it holds up well enough for our needs. We spend our days dealing with whatever comes through the door. It is mostly locals from the immediate neighborhood who stop by to see us. We do not really do much in the way of fancy decor or decorations. There are some old chairs in the waiting area and a clock that ticks a bit too loudly when the room is quiet. We have been at this for a long time now. The weather gets a bit tricky during the winter months, but we stay open as much as we possibly can. It is a modest setup. We do not have a big marketing budget. We just focus on the work. Most of our day is spent talking to people and filling out various forms. (253 words)
