Dhamni Account House

Over at Kartholi Brahmana, you will find Dhamni Account House. We are not a big institution at all, just a small, focused place where we deal with accounting. It is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the middle of Jammu city. We have a few computers in the back, but they are older models that we have to keep running as best as we can. Mostly, we still work with ledgers and actual paper because that is how we feel you really learn the basics of the trade. The office is quite small and often ends up filled with stacks of notebooks and files. We do not have a receptionist or anyone like that. If you walk in, you will usually just see us working together at the main table. It is a very relaxed environment, maybe even a little too relaxed on some days. We tend to drink a lot of chai while we are going over balance sheets and numbers. Jammu 180001 is where we belong, and we have stayed in this spot because the local people know us by now. We do not make any big claims about being the best in the business. We just know our numbers and how to teach them. Sometimes when it rains hard, the roof leaks a tiny bit, but we just move the desks out of the way. It is just how things go. Students come here to finally get their heads around accounting.
